The company has most of its cash occupied in investment properties but would like to expand their current portfolio. The firm has its own in-house capital markets expertise that secured competitive offers from existing relationships but wanted to see what else the market had to offer. Additionally, the firm saw value in having a separate, independent firm providing financing recommendations outside of their scope.
We were able to secure a reasonably priced bridge lender that provided them with a line that they could draw on quickly and easily for acquisitions.
The lender was extremely flexible and created a bespoke structure for our client.
We were also able to present several cash out refinancing options of the current portfolio.
